If you discover a flaw or fault on the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item. And we'll work it out with you.

If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines. However, the delivery times would still be the same.

Each product on Pest Resolve has an order processing time, as well as an order shipping time. We'll state this clearly on the "Shipping and Returns" section of each product page.

The order processing time is the time it takes us to prepare an order or a certain item for shipment. 

While the order shipping time is the time it takes for the item to reach our customers!

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated, due to some external factors and events.
